yeah mine was lagging a bit
a simple reset gets it running 100% again.
ive had no major issues i think its a slick phone

Doesn't answer anymore. Fido said they would not support it. Motorola charging extra for the Phone Tools is just a slap in the face. Do NOT get this phone and be aware of Fido's refresher rate on the next new new thing and forgetting and about "servicing" their products. Fido and Motorola got together on a great phone that had NO life span. Loved my phone at the outset, still love it when it works... which it doesn't anymore.

hi! can this unit supports memory card of up to 2gb? it also says that it has an internal memory of up to 64mb..but mine has not...only 24..are they not the same?

I m from INDIA. i m using Z6 for nmore than 3 years. I dont get any minor problems. Still it is working fine. My total lifetime is 405 hrs. Great ! Great ! one of the Superb handsets from Moto ! My Moto .........!

Do not waste your money on this phone. After a year it will stop charging, you will buy numerous chargers and batteries and nothing helps.

does anyone have some problem with sim registration???...i mean does ur phone show "unregistered sim" msg???

This phone gets progressively slower over the months and becomes unusable within a year.

Neither motorola nor fido will admit fault or service the phone after the 1 year period.

DO NOT GET THIS PHONE

I've had this phone for a little over a year. After learning that Wireless Wave's extended warranty is actually just extended paycheck for the salesman I had to just live with this POS.

Jumps to menu's I dont want. When closed goes into the browser. Its slow as sin, drops calls like nothin, and sometimes doesent pick up the call at all. This phone is just garbage. Iphone here I come.

Hi everyone,
I got my Z6w 2 months ago from FIDO, Canada.
After looking around I found "How to" make it work :)
1. buy a unlock code for the Subsidy Lock
2. look into forums for options how to make it use mp3.
There are 2 ways: configure it every time using PC and other software like p2k, or flash it:

Here it is your fully functional Z6w, now STOP complaining, please.

WORST EFFING PHONE IN EXISTENCE I got it just today and i told my mom that i loved it when she suprised me with it but then i realized.....THAT I CANT HAVE MY OWN RINGTONES. I looked around for an hour finding all these reviews saying its the worst phone ever, ITS TRUE after that i just told my mom to shove the phone up her ***.
