Please i have used my NEC DB5000 for about 10months now and am having sproblems with the battery, immediatly i charge it in the next 2 minutes it will just run down and i have been looking for it to buy i havent seen it, is there any way i can order for it. at a point i thought it was the charger that was bad because i bought it with a desktop charger b4 i now found out it is the battery. please reply soonest as i intend to replace the battery. thanks

please kindly inform mof the way to unlock a phonelocked phone.I use a NEC DB5000 and presently in a remote part of Nigeria.the only way to use my phone is by unlocking it.Kindly assist me urgently.

My phone NEC DB5000 can support only traditional Chinese. It is possible to upgrade to simplied Chinese by downloading a program from internet?

Hi, I am an owner of a db5000 and I am totally fed up with the reception of this phone. It is so bad that my matrix phone(banana phone from nokia)which has a broken antenna even recepts 2 bars while the db5000 has no service. I am wondering if anyone else is also suffering from this dilemma or is it just this particular phone

Das läuft in Deutschland sehr gut! Sehr guter Empfang!Super-Sprach-Qualität.
Es hat leider nur 2 Sprachen:Englisch und Chinesisch!

If you like Nokia functions forget it - this phone is not for you. The Message function is clumsy and the composer poor. However, the buttons have a great feel to them and the address book is good too. The 7 color LED is an excellent feature too.
When I bought this phone I was gonna trade it back in for a Nokia8250. I'm glad I didn't. The battery life is great. It just takes a little longer to like... get to know it and you and the DB5000 will be best mates for a long time.
