i believe the fon is so beautiful and it needs a lot of care when using it. one must relax when operating it other than that the problems raised by my fellow users will begin.i will advice for the camera size to be expanded so that it records for a very long time atleast an hour. thanx

i have had the phone 4 months cant seem to get a refund had no end of problems does this phone have a manufacturers fault. Its not so much the phone its the place you buy it from i have never heard of a refunds policy of 28 days what phone goes wrong in 28 days i have always understood if its under the 1yr warrenty you may be granted a refund its not right anyone had any problems like this? And can anyone tell me has this phone been discontinued? thanks Hanna

I saw the phone at computer village in Nigeria, but 2 days after the display screen broke after a gentle drop on the table. It looks beautiful but is very fragile, i think more fragile than an egg

What an absolute piece of junk. Don't buy it, even at the low price it costs. No battery life, slow menus, cumbersome keying on a fiddly pad, mine keeps on resetting to defaults, the charger sounds like a kettle boiling and is not a good connection to the phone itself, the WAP is unsightly and unwieldy and the camera is a gimmick rather than a feature.

i just got me a nice and fresh new nec e122 and got immediately disappointed when my phone suddenly went off.1st of all can anybody help me revive my phone 2nd;is nec taking general consumers for a ride????based on the problems i have read theres nothing good....please help me srsqqq@yahoo.com

I am unable to get started.When I turn on the phone it goes to the egg timer, then NEC appears on the screen, then it turns off before allowing me access to any of the features.Help please.

Everyone is complaing about this phone, what the hell do you expect from a phone that cost you £30!
Diappointed it didn't have bluetooth and infared? you lucky its got a battery and charger for £30!!!
You want PC software? What the hell for? THe pic it takes will be crap, and the software costs more than the phone!
If you pay £30 for a phone what do you people expect, of course its gunna break down, of course its not going to work right! You paided £30 for It!

i found this fone very nice nd stylish but theres a problem with my mms as i cant open them i was a little disapointed that it hasnt got infared or bluetooth also im a little upset dat theres no sound with video capture overall its k

the phone is fine it's just that when i go to do video's how to i get sound on them because when i do them there always silent even when on loud. could anyone help me out?

Bought the PC Sync software and cable. Tried to install on Windows XP and 98 versions but won't run. Is there any other software available that works\is compatible or anyone who can help please? Otherwise the phone is great. (Wish The Carphone Warehouse was as good).Bernard

pls just wanna make a small complain got this phone from london just 30 days ago and now it is not working anymore i tried to switch in on yesterday after switching it off for a long while and it brought out the sand clock like loading page and that has been all for the past 72 hours left the battery hopping it will come up but it just ran down recharged and it wasa still same
pls reply quick cos i love my phone and my pix in it. thanks

pc sync cable and software available from SamerNedis Ltd. sales@seme.co.uk expensive at £32.00 though but beware software trashed my xp computer registry.

i love this phone ,it`s worth getting. when i record with the video camera there is no sound why is this? can you help please?
iam in nigeria ,is it possible to use the wap with our network MTN.?
i have challenges in downloading ring tones ,
cos theres no option to that,no infra red,no blue tooth. what can i do .?
