hi i got a problem every time i connect the data cable 2 the phone it says error charging how can i use the cable 2 transfer in phone . thx

I have change the board twice in 3 mths time, currently i'm using the 3rd board. the last time i went & change bcoz the software always hang but now the software is getting even very slow than the 1st board & 2nd board, is there a way for me to upgrade the software?

Original cable MUST come with software CD..
Infra only limited to a few KB only..MP3 file comprise more than 1MB..unless U know how to compress it..or convert to .amr file.
This is the disadvantage of the infra tech..last generation phone use infra to transfer addrees book and what less than 1MB

hello all, i really unhappy this phone can't using infrared to transfer mp3 song, U must have cable to transfer mp3. When u buy this phone cable not include the package. I've contact back dealer, cable price around RM80. Ok that no problem for me to buy, but another one problem u must have software to download. Where i can get the software? Can anyone help? Thanks

hello everyone, i juz bought my phone on this monday, it's having a promotion tat juz RM599. After i bought tis phone, i realised tat tis phone is can't using inferate transfer mp3 song, muz b using a NEC cable. can anyone teach me wat's the way tat is no need to use the way of by using cable? or where can i buy a cheap n nice cable? the other problem is the camera frame. it's can't be use the frame when i shoot photo or set as wallpaper, did u all know the reason why it cannot be using? hope u r the one can help me solve the problems.

i just bought this phone yesterday, i tried to download amr file but failed, it show: the requested page cannot be displayed. anyone could help? somemore, may i know how long is da video recording? i had tried is just 10 seconds, can it be longer?

4)NEC - better 0.3MP camera
5)NEC - caller ID with photo/video
6)etc...
It's Ur choice...

Compare to K500/(i)? Theoretically, the sound, NEC-64 poly, K500(i)-40 poly, the image quality, NEC-more pixels resolution(640 x 480 pixels),K500-307,200 pixel..
Practicality, haven't see coz I own the previous of SE K300 (STN)..but to me the most important is the memory(internal), NEC- 26MB,K500-12MB..it's Ur choice

Alternatively, has anybody try using IrDa Port(Infrared Port)link tru USB? The same shop offer me around RM60/=(he said the good one)but not trying yet..coz still study the speed of infra to & fro..

I bought this phone early of Sept 05 (nearly a month already)with the price of RM630.00 c/w cable during the promo price(Merdeka sale)...if w/o cable the price is RM570.00. Differ shop give differ state of offer..U have to survey at Sg Wang, Bt Bintang & LYP to capture best offer ...BUT ensure with NEC WARRANTY

i jus bought d phone 2 days back. it was nice actually even though wif out d cable. but then my phone suddenly start 2 say insert sim card n i dunno y is dat happening. some more, it even started 2 restart it self. aiyo!!

erm.. that RM599 u bot, with or without cable? coz u need the cable to download all the files from pc to e238 n vice-versa.
