i can not get it to download for music or on the mp3 player at i this phone was from my son for my brithday now i got to tell him that the phone is know good and i have got the lead and the dvd

i am havin problems with sending mms.ive called orange they said they dont have sttings,and told me to try nec website.can anyone help.theres all these features on phone but all i seem to be able to do is use it as a phone for calls and texts nothing else

Its an okay phone. Depends what you want. Camera isnt the bets quality, but then again it isnt the worst!! Quite hard to text quickly on for some reason.. Its well built though, i have dropped it quite a few times and it has pulled through each time. A bit disappointing to find out that the blue tooth only works as a hands free, and does not send files.. but for the price it is, its great that it had blue tooth at all! Swapping it for the samsung D900 in a few weeks which i am happy about, but will be sad to see this phone go. It's great if you want a simple phone that will last you :]

let just get this straight... the phone is ok as a camera but thats about it. i have this phone and i was glad i got it for like a week, but now i know that the blutothe dosnt work (or at least dosn't work well enogh to send or reseive anyting)and you cant atually use the mp3 unless u fork out on a cable, even then u can only get a few songs on there. this was badly made and i will persist to tell you that this phone is not a good one, it may be cheap but the quality is bad if you read any of these at all make sure this is da one you listen to... DONT BUY THIS PHONE!

its a great phone its very hard and unbreakable
and its light weight and good camera features its camera work is more good than n70

I do not know of any other batteries that will fit the 411i, your best bet is to look on ebay, or go to my web site, and look in the links page, for a list of sites that do spares.

it is a very bad phone the bluetooth dont work and the screen on the frunt got cracked very easly DONT BYE IT

This fone is useless, u can't use the bluetooth the infr red doesn't work the backlight is a awful clour and the fone freezes. The vibrator stops working from time to time and is very easily damaged i knocked it slightly and now have cracked screen. DON'T BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

bad phone, bluetooth doesnt work so there is no point in having it anyway... rubbish software, freezes aswell-so glad when i lost it - moved on to the sonyericsson k750i... great phone would def recommend it.

(N411i)the lead to the phone from the pc wont work so i can't take pictures from my phone to the computer and i also can't put music on the mp3 and when my friends try to send me music through infared, it says that the file is too big !! it's really annoying since i paid for a phone to get all these features and now they wont work ... can anybody please give me any pointers ?

hello im ernie i just got the nec e540 for a present i love the phone but when i type a text message i dont see anything on it to send the message,maybe its me being so stupid but if anyone knows wot i have to do to send the sms text message please let me know ,ty ernie in holland.

Well i used to have this phone and i thought it was one of the worst phone i had ever had the camera isnt very good you need to be in very good light for it even to be half decent and the video is appaling, the mp3's which it will only hold about 5 of sound quite good tho so thats a good thing, this phone does not have bluetooth which seriously lets it down all together this phone isnt worth bying and the battery life is rubbish so dont bye this fone bye something else lol like my new lg u400:P soz just had to add that!!!
