I think there is a problem in NEC e616 handset whil using bluetooth. It may be password protected.Or it may not share data with other mobile via bluetooh. the pass key is needed.
the pass key is 0000
but it is able to find other deviceafter given passkey in both mobile but cant share data.

hi guys,
hope u all r doing ok today and ever.i have same NEC e616 Set and i know after a long time that nec data transfer through bluettooth is possible when u have a memory card and WindowXP2006 installed at ur notebook or PC.

HI, the bluetooth is compatible only with NEC 616 phones. It wont connect to the regular Nokia or any other brand phones.
Transfer of data is possible only thru NEC models.
