its quite agood phone but what is the problem with the ringtons and the flap it self makes the screen to disappear.thus due problem of the fibre.any one t help me with a solution should contact me on taisy22@yahoo.com

I am using the phone for two years now. I am suprised that all ring tones are inactive. Secondly, I try to connect with the available network servce fo E-mails but the settings do not match. What can I do to solve the problem

I am a nec 21i user. I bought the phone in good condition but to my surprise. The phone started trouble-shooting with haninging without any of the keypad working on and off at times. What can i do? Cos I treally cherished the phone.

i have geen using nec for the past 3 month, i enjoy it but its accessory are not rampant like others, no screen saver, no images.

I am a user of NEC N1i Phone. It is a great phone with precision features. However, It's power consumption is very high. I recharge every 24 hours unlike some phones I know. I have a request to make: If anyone has a NEC 21i User's manual please send me an email attachment of the same - urgently. Keep on using NEC Products. Nash.

NEC N21i is a great phone. ive been using it for the past one year.to be frank its ma fifth fone but the perfect ive got.but my NEC has developeda memory problem, the fone is hanging.and when i switch it off the clock, language and all other settings get erased and they bring on the screen a language i dont know maybe dutch,also when i call someone it takes time to activate .how can NEC cooperation help me solve this problems since i adore ma phone.

Just the same problem, NO RINGTONES / WallPaper's . Will da NEC co send me reply text wht i hav to do ???? or either is there any solution of dis problem

Ican not activate my GPRS.BUT my phone ie NEC n21i have WAP and Ican not activate the i mode serve,portalserve and infact I can not down load ringing tones

i want to download ringtones, wallpapers and my i mode is not functioning. i want to access my gprs and more so on mail sending and retreval.

Just the same old problem, NO RINGTONES. I read in the manual that some ringtones/wallpapers could be downloaded through a "Special NEC website", but haven't been able to get in contact with the webpage and also my Nec n21i does not display imode infact i dont know if the i mode is working at all.
Could someone concerned or connected help us all out with this problem?

Hello,
I got my NEC 21i from germany in 2003 and it worked just too good.But since past few months the screen display is not working fine. I am back to India now and dont have any service center of NEC here. I can send the phone to UK with my friends. can someone guide me how to solve this problem. I just love my NEC 21i and would like to get it repaired ASAP.

i am a nigerian subscriber to globacom telecommunication. i bougth a nec n21i phone recently. then suddenly i just discorvered all the ringtones dissappeared. hence, am left with just 3 (ukulele, phone and dog). i'll be glad if i can be assistred in any way to retrieve my lost ringtones. thanks alot.

I have used Nec21i for about one and half years and infact I have benefited a lot from the phone. But please now it has started developing problems.The problems are when ever I insert the charger it displays low temperature,it does not charge at all,so I thought it was the chargers fault so I decided to change both the barttery and the charger after replacing i found no changes.Please the most sudden part of the problem is the battery,when the phoner is switched on it automaticaly go off by it self.So please I need your help come to my aid thank you.

good day,i am from nigeria and i really like ur product especially the nec 2,but i have a problem with it ,i didn't want to right before after reading through but just had a change of mind.the problem is with the battery ,it dosen't last even up to a day even after full charging,initially i thought it was only mine but after meeting friends with the same problem, i then concluded it was the phone all over.pls can u kindly find a solution to it cause it is actually painting your product bad which is not good for business.secondly, about the problem of downloading,can you pls expantiate on how we could do so precisely because it is getting boring hearing the same thing often and often.well that is all and if these problems could be solved i think more buyers and fans would come.thank you bye.
