I desprately need to know how to download photos from the phone onto my PC, but I do not have the original box or CD that came with the phone. My husband reckons I should be able to download online and I have downloaded something but it says it is trying to connect to the phone but obviously can't. I did a favour for a friend today and took photos of her son's birthday party and would dearly love to be able to send them to her by email. Can anyone help?

I got had this phone for 10 months before it was stolen i din't have much problem with it apart from Hanging it is a rare phone in Kenya i wish to buy onerther one but it is not available in our stores howw can i get it

My old nokia phone was a phone that was rubbish. since i have switched to my new nec N343i it has been amasing. it doesnt cost me much to operaterit. its and awesome phone. xxx

Simply Awful phone..my Samsung E800 (which i had at the time) had broke, however i needed a budget phone and as far as budgets phones go, at the time this was good. Nice looking but one you go beyond the looks and start to use its useless. The camera quality looks as appealing as a Camel with Sypholiss...pretty awful. AVOID.

The phone's so cute. just a look at it and all will be after you. well thats just about its advantage as the camera quality isnt as nice as other nec phones. But you sure will get the girls with this phone minus a ferrari.

I got this phone for my birthday last year and i thought it looked really cool but i was wrong. it even locked my SIM which i had for three years.so dont get this phone.

right i got the phone and was all ooo it looks cool!! but when u want to actually use it it lets you down, no reception half the time, sometimes it vibrates until you turn it off yourself, also it takes about a week to send a picture via e-mail and i sent about 4 that never turned up in my inbox, i never got the address wrong it just didnt work, has anyone else had this problem? well anyway if u where thinking of buying it my advice is DONT!

It goes extremely hot when typing SMS the maximum pages one can type is 3 pages and the phone swithes off out of over heating.
This fault has been observed on first use.That is from the manufacturer.
other faeture are okay.
What can you do please to this?

I forgot to mention sometimes it crashes when taking a picture, or the picture ends up being corrupted. And recently the vibration has gone weird and stays on too long.

Good:
- Keypad nice
- Slim
- Good enough interface
- Handy scheduler
- Standard mini USB port
- Camera OK for price
- After 11 months there is no dirt stuck inside screen
Bad:
- People on the other end of calls got annoying continuous ringing noise
- USB wouldn't charge phone
- Poor signal
- Poor battery
- T9 was hopeless at any words with apostrophes
- Putting in numbers in text was annoying
- Wouldn't let me save text messages only to internal memory - would fill up SIM memory first and annoy me about it

Got this phone 8 months ago, and considering it's price it seemed a nice phone. I only need it for calling and sms so the n343i was/is sufficient. It looks nice and everything worked fine untill a few weeks ago. The phone started to crash a few times a day (and later every few minutes). Reason for this could be that I dropped it a few times. I decided to buy a nokia 5410i. The reception of the nokia is way better. In places I couldn't call with the NEC now I can have perfect clear conversations. Also battery life is much better. Therefor I recommend a Nokia to everybody.

I like the model of this phone. I also appreciate it very much. since i bought this phone, other people have been borrowing it from me for occassions. it is really a nice phone.

Do not buy this phone. Looks great. Takes photos. You can record voice memos. It has a reliable alarm clock. The one thing you cannot do with this phone, however, is make or receive phone calls. At home -- no signal. At work -- no signal. While people on Nokia, Seimens, Sony-Ericsson etc are sitting next to me chatting away, my phone says 'no signal'. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
