the little gold wires that plug into the charger have bent.. we have all our photos on the phone, is there anyone out there that can help us? can it be fixed? i know we will need a new phone, but we need the photos... do people fix these in north sydney?

Hi
I Have bought this phone and am wondering where i can buy a USB cable and the Sowtware to put files on the phone from the computer. Also my Brother deleted the only game so if one of you would be willing to MMS the game to me or tell me where i can get a new one i would be eternally grateful.
P.S Iam in Australia

Can anyone tell how can I upload to my NEC phone java applets? The original PCSuite Software can't do this.... :( Maybe there are some other special drivers? Help me please... :(

Hi,
I have just bought this phone and am a bit confused.
Some sites says it can play realtones and mp3's but i cant get them to work,any ideas?
Also i really want a usb cable so i can put songs and pics from my computer on it but i cant find a place that sells it.

I'm regretting getting this phone.. can't send MMS for some reason, and I can't save the MMS I've created as it's saying I have no room left but I've deleted all my videos, all my regular sms (sent and inbox) and I even deleted the java apps but it still won't send. Can anyone help or tell me where I can go for help? Cheers. Weebles

I have a problem installing the usb...i have the drivers and the nec mobile suite but when i plugg it in it says "phone not connected".How can i solve this?Pls help,i'm going crazy

Can anyone tell me where I can buy the cable needed to connect my NEC401i to my PC to download songs (north of Sydney). Also how do you record songs. The sound is distorted when I try. Please help!!!!!!

i have a NEC N401i mobile . i want to download picture & song from my computer. i have data cable and i conected cable in my computer but i have no driver softwear.so my computer did not show anything. i looking the driver cd but i did not find. now i have need the softwear

peter. r u running on XP? need XP. does PC tell u there is an unknown device connected? if so re-install drivers. check the correct phone is selected by the software. right click on the phone icon on the bottom right of your screen and select the correct phone
