I have just bought a second hand NEC N820 phone in China, however it does not have a manual how can I get one? and pouch as well.

Its ok, but sometimes it fails to recognise ur sim card. The only problem with it is such that it has a very low memory capacity. but it is the best among NEC cell phones i thik!!! akshaye from Mauritus
