i have no idea how to upload mp3s from my comp to my phone. i tried putting the song in the miniSD card, but the phone doesn't seem to recognize the file in the card. i was wondering if there is any special folder that i need to create so that the phone can recognize it. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

love this fone, got it for birthday/xmas gift (sucks having a december b-day). anyone have a clue on how to flash this thing or updating the firmware so that i can use mp3 ringtones/ enable bluetooth to send files? if thats possible at all? thanks.

hey.. i just bought the N840, and was hoping to take the SIM from my motorola V551 and put that in the N840 in order to use the phone with my cingular number. But i can't make the sim card fit! it is a 64K smartchip. Is there a different type of card i need? If so, how do I go about making that work with my current number. Or maybe I just don't know how to install it in to this phone? Help!

I saw a lot of questions about it and no one answer!!
I heard about the tv turner in N840 too, as N940. I just wanna know if that is true.
What about radio turner, has it?

OneBite, I believe you can view the MMS attachment (picture) by pressing the center direction button when you are within the message.

Does anyone know how can one make the chinese script folders and the ringtones in chinese script can be converted to english? Share some ways to make it converted. Also, anyone interested in buying NEC N840 or other gsm mobile phones in bulk? Contact me.

I don't think the phone supports MMF files.
I think image attachments typically appear in the body of the MMS message. You can sync Lotus Notes using the full version of intellisync for SyncML here: http://www.sync.com/islite/nec...upgrade.html
