Dear Sir,
I would be greatful to know if we can talk with nec n900 mobile without microphone cable or if there is loudspeaker
if it's not possible to talk without mic. cable(wire) how can i provide one

Excellent looking. Bought off ebay £175. Not realise it was 'old' & there was no speaker (same as many said!). And no Eng manual. Q. What is the 'cradle' actually for? BUT... it's cool and no one has one.. every genius is flawed so they say.. I will keep it and learn it. 900 will be a retro icon. (I hope!)

The N900 look fine, but me i don't know how to start it up.the user manual i have is in chinease.can any body tell me where i can fin a user manual in french or at least in in englesh for my fine N900.

anyone know about any possible faults with the charger or batteries on this phone?
whenever i plug it into the charger, after a few minutes i get a charger overvoltage message. i've tried this in 3 different locations so i know it's not the main supply itself.

the phone is very appealing. My friends were amazed by how it looks. it's somewhat slow. but question, where can you buy the headset and other external parts?iv messed up with mine, so you huys be careful..

To Caryn:
to transfer pictures, ringtones or the phonebook you have to connect the phone via the craddle to an USP-port of your computer, and use the NEC Mobile Suite software (I got it from a NEC server in Malaysia). The Mobile Suite scans the USB connections for the phone and then displays the folders in the phone's memory. You can transfer the files of course in both directions. Due to the seial connection (also it is via USB) the transfer speed is slow.
