The phone's screen displays buttons on the lower part, and you touch it with your finger or the stylus. I don't remember what it says, but it is like Answer and the other one is something like Busy. To hang up you can press the power button on the side of the phone or touch the screen produced button.

You can plug in headphones to listen to mp3s. I am doing it through the supplyed mic/headset connector (the one to connect the charger and usb cable). The mic/headset is two pieces, the mic which connects to the phone, and it has a regular headphone jack so you can use headphones other than the supplied earbuds.

Phone is great in and out of buildings just dont be in a bunker surrounded by 5m of bomb/quake proof concrete. As for storage it only supports 1GB transflash.

Where are you using your phones? I'm in NYC and am desperate for this phone - going to the cell phone mom and pop shops this afternoon to hunt it down.
After initial shock and awe of how great the phone is - i'll be travelling a lot and am in and out of buildings/cars - Am i gonna hate it?

Phone is great, reception and usuability are all great. If you are having problems with your reception, my advice check your service provider, terms of texting, the touch screen turns into a mini qwerty keyboard thus texting is easy however the handwriting recognition feature is a bit amuzing. All in all, great phone and recommended
