I equipped the bb with another sim, from the same operator, and the these problems were all there. So, not having wi-fi is a serious trouble, but, unfortunately, just one between all the others.

I've bought the bb storm 9500 about a month ago and i hate it. I have a corporate signature and i'm requesting my cell operator to substitute it by the nokia n97. The bb's screen doesn't work well. You need a small letter and it gives a capital one. You ask for a detailed menu, and receives an options window. You try again, and... look: the options window! And the quality of the call. Not considering the operator, is less than poor. But the bb 9500 is an excelent messenger, has an excelent browser by Blackberry and a very good gps device. But i think that is not an exclusive advantage. Operate it is very, very boring. And be carefull: the bb storm 9500 doesn't display your diary. You have to buy a theme. U$ 7,99. Cheap, but don't you think BlackBerry could have provided this feature in a expensive phone like this one? And, last, but unthinkable: STORM 9500 DOESN'T ACCESS WI-FI NETWORKS.

im about to get the bb storm 9500, i got a good deal on it! i was just wondering to make sure! this phone has no wireless internet?? you cant ping or chat with anyone?? how does this work when it has no wifi??

> In reply to Smart Gal @ 2010-03-10 11:59 from fsVjThis sometimes happens to me. If it gets stuck, a workaround is to use the red End Call button to go back to the desktop. If the application you're in doesn't work when you go back to it, then do a battery pull. Fixes most things. :)

Hi, has anyone ever exprienced any issue with the back button. What can one do if the back button is not responding? you are on the menu and want to go back to the main screen, what can i do if the back button does not respond. Pls, i need a reply urgently. Thank you.

Hi all
Does anyone know how to delete all bookmarks on the browser in one go?
It's a bit of a hassle to delete each one at a time if you have over 200 bookmarks...

Has anyone upgraded to the version5.1 I think thats what its called what a load of &^$#@@ its so UN userfriendly the question is can I go back to the old settings because here in Cape Town through Vodacom and other Black B distributors there aren't to many bright dudes that know about the Blackberries and the functions. Can someone help..

I live in Iran and can't access to those American or European programs and here no one knows about my phone, and sometimes they never heard of it! Please help me, thank you very much. I think that this is the worst phone I have ever had.
I have only had the phone for a few months and it has been sent back 3 times.
