access point-(this is the most important,this name type in small letter only)in your connection is Airtel,its access point name is airtelgprs.com.your connection is bsnl,access point name is bsnlnet.you cannot know the aceesspoint name you call the custumercare office.i use imate sp5 and i connect to the internet.custumercare gprs settings cannot be sent in imate phone.only type message above method
