i want some advice.. better buy this phone or Motorola fire XT311?? but i don't bother with low memory or something.. from performance for daily use who's better? thx

bullshit, the battery life is no worse than most wifi 3G phones in this price range. compare it to the samsung galaxy Y pro, and it stacks up a good deal better on most parameters.

Well as i mentioned early in my post APP2SD will only move apps which are moveable from phone internal memory to SD card. But if you have apps which are taking your phone memory instead SD then it is but obvious that it will lag due to less storage, But if you install only those apps which you use in your day to day life then it wont lag. try avoiding Games and Fancy apps such as live wallpaper or any apps which are Ads support as most of the Apps which are free or demo are Ad support which consume max battery life of your cell phone.

I also mentioned earlier in my post that this is just an entry level phone from LG at such cheap price, so we cant expect more than this. If you expect this phone should work like hardcore then root the phone which can be done, but i wont suggest that coz with that you will loose your phone warranty.

Soon I will buy this phone, but I'm seeing lots of posts talking about the battery and about a low memory troubles, but also there are people talking good things about this phone and the way to solve this troubles.. so, Im kind of confussed, I really love its design, the Android OS, but I just want to know if I'm going to buy a great phone -as it shows itself- or I should better buy another brand rounding the same price. Thank you!

I bought my LG Optimus Pro C660 in Nigeria. The LG Optimus Pro is the Perfect phone for my messaging, internet and email. Smooth, ultra fast and a reliable battery life.

With the 2.8 inch capacitive touchscreen l can Zoom websites, unlike the small screens on my Old phones. I get to read my messages with clarity and am satisfied with the preinstalled Google Apps.

Multitasking on the Optimus Pro is smooth for me becos l use the inbuilt browser to surf, read news, gain fast access to information and carry out two or more downloads silmultaneous. All these while reading my mail from the gmail app.

Solution to Low Memory, don't run more than 3 or 4 apps because of the background services running.

Keypad is ok as l became use to it since l have another LG Qwerty phone - X330T .

I rooted my phone and install apps free from Play Store (thanks Google). I can overclock and underclock it. Speed currently is 600 MHz. Am ok with that.


Price wise, for a $160 fone am ok with it and it performs well based on my needs.

Please do not give false reviews and misguide people.
or else tell us what u did to resolve the performance problems.
Repeat App2SD is to move apps to SD Card and it only saves Internal Storage and not RAM and both are different.

Very recently my phone got hanged and was showing just black screen. When incoming call comes it shows the call and after the call ends again black screen was shown.
Removed battery and tried but no luck.
Then tried to start the phone in recovery phone and it was working fine. coz phones sets to default all ur data and setting would be lost and defaulted.
Steps are as follows:
Method 1: Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Home button, and press then Power button until the screen lights up.
Method 2: Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Home button, and press then Search button until the screen lights up. LG-Optimus info

Hello All,
have been using LG Optimus Pro for some time now. I suggest and request all not to purchase this phone. its not worth a phone.
Advantages:
Good Key Pad and reasonable Battery Backup
Disadvantages:
- Low Memory. U hardly get 60MB of free RAM
- Performance is slow. Without a single app installed also it takes 4-5 seconds to open a Messager(SMS). My good with Apps installed it always prompts System is running Low. and Performance deteriorates drastically and its bad.
- Speaker volume isn't loid
- Camera is Average
- Screen resolution is average and not visible in sunlight
I say its not worth a phone Instead go for HTC Explorer.
I suggest do not even think about this Phone. Please believe and do not repel later like me.
At times phone hangs as well

Step - 1 ) Open your SMS mesg which you want to forward.
Step - 2 ) Put your finger on the SMS and hold it for 2-3 seconds a pop up window will come in which it will show u if copy mesg, foward etc. select the one which you want and click on it.

Hello Guys, Sorry for the late reply as i was away for a while.

Well i guess its now 2 month since am using this phone and i really like the phone,

People who are actually facing internal memory issue should download app call APP 2 SD free from Android market. Please note that this app will only move the app which are moveable from ur phone internal memory to SD so every time you download an APP from Android market, download app which are moveable and try download those apps which are actually important and if those apps which you hardly use try to d install them.

People who are blaming with Poor performance, Low battery, Internal memory issue should first get to know how to use android phone before they post negative feedback about the product.

Hope this will help u, i will be answering your question as and when you required. So feel free to ask and trust this phone it really a worth for money.

use cyanogen mod who are having low memory issues the default rom is awfull !
