my daughter has this phone o2 have had it more than her. it has just come back again and it is still faulty the O2 shop dont seem to care i would say what a pile of rubbish i am also with O2 and have experienced terrible signal strenth it used to be good i am now going to change all the phones in my house (5) some payg some contract to another provider as O2 seems to have gone down the pan

well i've had this phone for nearly a year now and man its a piece of crap, really. the battery life is bad, as in if i listen to music for half an hour the battery is nearly empty. i have had 3 new phone as the others where faulty, but on all three phone sometime i will be writing a txt and say i pressed 3 alot of the time it would input 9 or 7 instead, the camera is awful as is the video. man i can't wait to get a different phone

I bought the cocoon in february this year by march the TFT screen (interior) had broken and the fone could not be physicly used due to not being able to see the screen bad buy as it cannot be covered by insurance

Any ideas why my phone is stuck in headset profile despite the headphones not being attached to the phone? No way to get it out of headset profile too which means my phone can't be used for calling without the headset which is a major bummer

no basiclly just go to o2 and say can i hav a 3g sim card so i can do video calling they will say yes. i did it. was really simple

Please can any1 help for some reason when i want to video call my m8 it wnt let me,it keeps saying cannot make video call due to signal but my signal is full and my other m8 hasa got video call so i dnt no why this keeps happening plz can any1 help ASAP. If any1 can help just post the comment. THANKS!

It's a stunning phone but O2 have done some sloppy work when it comes to instructions etc.
The volume isn't very loud but I guess it depends on your needs. Also for some reason my music tracks cut off 1 or 2 seconds before the ending which is really annoying.
I can't for the life of me figure out how to change the text message tone, the manual is no help. Anyone know how to do this? Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

can anyone help???? my cocoon wont save any pictures i take an ive cleared them all on it to see if it was the memory...

The cocoon is a cool looking phone and at an amazing price. I have had mine for 6 months with no problems except it is so quiet you can not hear it ring even at full volume.
the camera takes reasonable pictures and stores better on a memory card.
The MP3 sound quality is among the best i have ever experienced on a mobile phone and by far outweighs sony w580i which i have the misfortune of owning.
To sum it up I would say if the ring tones were louder i would never of changed it...so if you work somewhere noisey this is not for you but if you are office based then i would say you will not be dissapointed
