I need help ASAP! My screen went completely blank the only pop up I get is when I am receiving a call. I already called HTC but they said that they do not service this unit. What are my options? Where can I have this unit serviced. Please provide contact information. Thank you.

my o2 always get bright screen, what should i do,

still got problems in its wifi capabilities.. i have no prob.. about its qwerty keypads.. its really easy to use..

but other than that.. no hanging. and about the multimedia capabilities, you just need to install CorePlayer. it plays EVERYTHING, even divx

To reformat it, basically the soft-reset, you just need to press the navigation-up key together with the reset button (which is the small button at the right bottom)

I Just Buy o2 XDA ZINC(2hand), there are no big prolem, except for the batterai, never stand for more than 2 days, that suck.
