Hi, Love my Samsung, but how on earth do I turn off the voice mail, I don't want to utilise voice mail but I have messages, I don't want voicemail! Can anyone help?

Two questions for the users of the Samsung E1150:
1. Does the phone vibrate and ring at the same time? :)
2. Do you have to push the green button to answer or can you just " Open it and talk" ?

I have been told this phone has a reject list or a block call function but can not figure out how to do it . could anyone give me info on how to block numbers. It would be greatly appreciated
