need help... had this phone for more than a year now. for the first time it won't turn on. it just keeps on rebooting... once i push the power button it goes to initializing for 2-3mins, once the main screen comes up it restarts. it keeps doing that unless i take out the battery.
please help!

why is mine malfunctioning all the time..
should i still continue using SD card.. if yes.. what capacity..? i just have it reformatted 4 months ago.. now its malfunctioning again.. i cant turn it on.. what's the problem with my phone.. thank you.. i love its features but im just wondering why does it malfunction.. thank you so much..

Hi im using 802sh model but the problem is if i will download a ring tones i can not used it as a ring tones the phone said " Can't assign due to illegal files" can you help for this thanks

angel, you cannot use the front camera. it will only be activated unless you have a call..
