here's a novel idea - why not put the manual for the Sony CMD Z5 in english instead of just french, dutch, spanish, german and turkish! I aready have acrobat & these are the only other options - WHERE'S ENGLISH???????!!!!!!!

The phone is good ... I have it for a year now ... Sad enough after merging Sony Ericsson , you can NOT get the accessories specially the battery any more in Egypt even at the authorised dealers ... Terrible reputation for Sony ... Will never buy the Brand name " Sony" again ... After sales service is much more important than the product itself .

Used Z5 for 6 Months, very user friendly, very easy to work with. As a telecom employee, I think it had most of the practical aspects of a cellular such as quick modal changes, meeting, single beep, etc., quick launch of wap, T9. Yet its' thirst for consuming battery power was unbelieveble. Meanwhile changing battery with a higher capacity item can solve the problem. Nice one from Sony, though by todays' standards its screen colour will be considered as old.
