This mobile i had taken in July 2008, it is working in good condition & also LED Flash is super. For Taking Photos its awesome. only i changed Strip for 2 times.
Still it is with me...

Same here. Almost 5 yrs and still going strong. And God forbid, have never sent it to service center. Though, battery, slider strip have been replaced :)

I bought this phone after i got my job. its been almost 5.5 years. and the phone is still good. I had to service it only once after i dropped it.

hi i'am using this mobile from 5 years.i had a problem with this mobile when i'am using the internet.the phone software is easily corrupted by viruses,but still i'am using this phone and not using internet on this phone.main advantage of this phone is it looks gorgeous and easy to handle.

I'm using this phone from last SIX YEARS. I haven't spent my money on repairing it. It fell down the street, but it did not broken, still working till now. No viruses on it. THIS PHONE IS AWESOME. I better with SE phone than that suck n*k*a phone!

I am using this phone frm last 4.5 yrs n i have not spent a single rupee on repairing it, except on changing screen guard. this phn is awesome .

It could be the case that the fast port on the phone which connects the headset and charger etc, might have accumulated dust and hence not properly connecting with the headset when inserted... Try to clean the inside of the port without breaking anything and connect the headset properly... Similar thing happened to me couple of times and a proper insertion of headset in the port made it work seamlessly...

I'm using W830i almost since the same time and it didn't let me down till now in anything...the build quality is awesome and still looks brand new, thanks to the brilliant matt black shiny finish... and none of the current walkman series phones matches in that department...
