this is very disappointing coming from Microsoft. and especially, when the competition (Apple) has a revolutionary device such as the Iphone, you'd expect a product that would AT LEAST TRY to take the title away.

maybe Microsoft purposely let these out to see consumer's reaction. If so: "These phones are not looking very good!"
And the name, "Turtle"?? aren't they are known for being slow? why choose such a name.

these are not photos, and im sure there not the official photos if you look real close where the screen is you can see pixilated white parts, where the photoshopper has messed up, these may be early design picz and maybe from microsoft but there are not photo's its either fake (i think so) or photoshoped or bad 3d design .

There are two models, the first is the turtle one, the second is the rabbit.
Anyway, I have a feeling that many people will buy this phone, probably it'll hit the market. Windows is so famous.

If it can run WinMo programs and sports a standard 3.5mm audiojack, I just might bite

Come on Microsoft! You still can not achieved good success by xbox and zune player. Also failed to give us a better os after windows xp. So my suggestion is give more attention at your upcoming windows not try to compete with iphone, nokia, ericsson or samsung etc

What is the difference between these phones? Maybe just 2 design studies for the same thing?
Very ambitious to plan this as successor of sidekick. Really missing the uniquene formfactor of sidekick, just another phone with full keyboard.
