> In reply to mario @ 2009-10-02 16:33 from miZ0 - click to readsad but true??? whats sad but true is that ur probably on some kind of drug!! the 4.3 inch sceen on this has the same resolution as my xperia (480x800) which has a 3.0 inch screen and it has LOADS of apps available for it which will DEFINITELY also work on this phone!!!! screen size has NOTHING to do with software compatibility! there are only 2 factors which determine software compatibility and those are screen resolution and of course which OS is installed so expect many apps to be available for this phone. hate when ignorant ppl come here with thier ''facts'' claiming something is ''sad but true''.

Can't wait to see the official spec. It's pity that HD 2 doesn't use AMOLED screen.

I have been anticipating this leo since couple of months back to replace my old htc. Since it was rumoured as codename firestone. But just read spec of hd2 in wmpoweruser 3 oct 09.
it doesn't have enough internal storage (less than 1GB). While nowadays other brand can offer better. furthermore no video call. I just recently almost buy hero for my wife. plan was canceled in front of cashier ater found out that no video call. then bought omnia2 for her.
I really dissapointed for this lack of storage, Leo. I'm not buying MP4 player phone.
thanks.
EKB.
Spore.

after having the touch hd for nearly a year now, i realised there is a massive shortcoming with it, and any subsequent phone that has a similar or larger size screen, i.e. anything above 3.2": THERE ARE HARDLY ANY APPS FOR IT! - note i didn't say 'NO apps', there are a handful, and some other can be converted to fit, but why should you have to do that after spending lots of money on a supposedly superior phone?! - everything still seems to be designed and programmed for 3.2" or VGA resolution. don't be suckered into thinking a large screen is the bomb (as this one has), it's not, and it won't be until 3.5" - plus screens become the norm. pity, but true. for now.

It should have been WXGA resolution... WVGA is made for 3.5 inch screens!
