I guess Nokia is tricking ppl to think tht the N97 is cheaper and make it sell fast , and then lower the price of the mini below n97's so tht it sells too..

Now on, more and more different phone models is coming out on market with better cowers, camera and stronger screen surface, i think nokia will not sell much of this on that price.

Now that is a stupid move from nokia the n97 mini should be 350 cause it's smaller version of a flagship and te fact that the flagship n97 wasn't as good as nokia said it was gonna be
No N97 should be 380
And mini should be 350
But only an dumbo would buy it at that ridiculous price
Thank god i'm preordering my n900 :3

Hey people, don´t be stupid, just think a little.
Mobiles always drop in price. As the N97 hit the shelves, it costed around 650 Euro. Now you can have it for 500 Euro (Central Europe). Also will the mini´s price drop.
GSMarena, I thought you know that.......

I don't really see any logical explaination as to why would the N97 mini be more expensive than the original N97. The N97 mini has the same features as the original N97 (compared N97 and N97 mini on GSMArena) but different screen, keyboard and phone size. Doesn't it make much more sense to get the bigger (or even better) N97 with a much lesser price which has a 3.5 inch screen as well as a bigger keyboard? Come on now Nokia, be realistic for a change!

Nokia are all over the shop! They really need to get there act together. The iPhone is vastly better than the N97 range.
Hopefully the new X range will see Nokia back on top.

Spent a while using the N97 mini yesterday at SEE 09 and comparing. it to the N97 and whily it is quite a bit smaller, the size reduction did bug me quite a bit, and the N97 definitely feels a lot nicer and more solid to use. The price is a joke though, it would sell if it was around 300 euros, but definitely not 450. The N97 itself is barely worth 450.

With such price, you can get Touch Pro, Hero or HD2. Nokia sux, this n97 mini is yet another toy version of already weak handset, and it's even kak color :D Nokia is dieing (no, iPhone isn't better :D ), get HTC, or Berry.

Well, you can say small is the new large, laptops are costly than desktops so it fits nice. They worked harder to get all the things right into small package with same power. :) Besides smaller size (in case of having mobiles if-you-know-what-I-mean) comes with great benefits hence it cost you.
