Looks like I will have to work double now to get this one along with X2. :S I like the design I like the UI, Damn I don't like the OS.

VERY interessting!!!!
The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 will be available in Japan too!!! The screen is 4.1 inch WVGA, not 4 inch! The phone will be available at Ntt Docomo, Japan will have a GREAT smartphone!!! :) Here is the site, butit is on Japanese, but you can't see the Xperia X10 prase.http://www6.nsk.ne.jp/~snget/m...e/do09wi.htm
I want to explain something, on the left side it is mentioned(with yellow at the most phones) the screen, eg 3.3 TFT means the screen of the phone, or 3.7 ASV means the screen sise too! The phones name it is mentioned on the left, left side, eg F01B=Fujitsu F01B. So F is for Fujitsu, N is for Nec, P is for Panasonic, Sh is for Sharp! About the screens, there is a 4.1 number at the So-01B, that is the X10's SCREEN! At the bottom(at the chart it is mentioned XPERIA X10. I hope you will find it. :) It is a little bit hard, but I like the Japanese phones, and I learned those inidcations. :D

Man I got to be blind to see these two model as same design. There is no way, I mean no way X10 is close to be like one you said. When I read you only one thing I got in mind that ACER have not that good designs in their portfolio where Sony is all about good designs and I went to take a look and well I got to say either you are wrong or Acer is out of their mind to claim that X10 is anything like their handset.

why the hell have to been for the last 5 years when everyone argued about phone not having mini/now micro usb and 3.5mm audio jacks?
you can hook a 3.5mm supported phone to any speaker/docking station?
all mp3 players have 3.5mm audio jacks

Why dont mobile phone companys create a universal dock on the bottom of the phone/media players, thats why apple ipod/iphone are so popular, u can plug it into hundreds of music players, they have all now standardised the usb charger I just wish they would have a dock port on the bottom of there devices.
