you should know how greedy apple is
opera mobile would be on OSx mobile a long time ago if apple let opera put it on iphone/itouch

if your waiting for an osx version ....IT WONT HAPPEN

Used the Nokia 5800:
Pros:
Snappy interface
Predictive input when typing URL
Fast loading of pages compared to native S60 Web
Multi-tab browsing
Intuitive and simplified options menu

Cons:
Memory usage not optimized: "User Memory Full" kept appearing on the device
No flash support
Sluggish keyboard animation upon pressing (although input itself is accurate)

I felt Opera mini 5 beta is better than Opera mobile. Low image quality and takes more time to load pages. But software startup takes less time compared to mini and also variable zoom is good. Mini had option of loading high quality images, which is not found in opera mobile. Didnt find turbo much usefull atleast for the websites I visited. Feel wise, Opera mobile feels good.

Downloaded on Samsung omnia HD and installed Opera Mobile 10 beta. I must say that I was amazed with the browsing experience, although a few hiccups here and there which I am sure will go away in the release.
- The in browser touch-keyboard is a bit sluggish, the "Done" key in particular was consistently less responsive. Also, is there a way to opt for S60's own touch keyboard over browser's?
- There are two zoom levels it can be in, I would have loved to see multiple levels or continuous zoom so that I can zoom to a level at which I am comfortable.
- Could not watch video on youtube, kept clicking the "watch video" link but it did not respond. Is it official that video in browser in not supported or did I mess this up?
- Sometimes clicking on a link is interpreted as a slide but I guess this as good as it gets in touch based browsers.

Defenitively this is not for touchscreen nokia. I made consider that aplefan company have influence on opera creators to anoye nokia users with stupid screen keyboard and not to play multimedia stuff, to look like iphone-B.SHt...

started to use it in my samsung i8910 hd today. slower than mini 5 beta but then it doesnt freeze like 5 beta. turbo has no effect on speed. Overall much more stable than mini 5 so if can improve speed for final version should be the best mobile browser ever !

The virtual cursor of OM10 sucks compared to the default browser of INNOV8. It can only move in steps, not smoothly like the def. browser's...

Wow OPERA is great! keep up the good work. this the most trusted web browser for smartphone i recommend this to all. not unlike skyfire yes it has flash support but its only works on VGA not WVGA. most of the high end smartphone use WVGA Resolution. so OPERA is great! try not Hope it comes to Window mobile and android.
