This is a big lie. I went to 5 O2 shops on 23 and 24th November. Either never heard that HTC HD2 is being sold by O2 at all or that the release date was postponed by HTC itself, none of them knew that they were meant to have it on their shelves

THere must be some massive "incentives" for manufacturers to use WinMO.
What other o/s is a decade old and has been so little developed during that time? Why have to build more and more horsepower into a device just to keep this ancient system running? MS has recently lost some 30% of its share of the mobile market which was barely 7% anyway.
What a waste of some very advanced resources!

The real question is, "Will it be able to accept an upgrade to Windows 7 mobile?"

> In reply to bill @ 2009-11-23 17:02 from Mthm - click to readIt's 65k, yea it sux. But without being 65k OS, WM would crash or not run at all cause WM is bulk on functions and it is the only OS that requires some real programing for its apps unlike symbian with its 16m colors or say it Android with 256k or the silly simple iPhone OS with its 16m and super simple childish features.
65k but tons of features.
256k. 50-50
Or 16m, little features and a lot of multimedia. Choice is up to you.

I have tested HD2 from one of my business partners and I got impressed, so next day I ordered it for flat 400 eur unlocked from same retailer that my business partner took it from. Now I'm waiting delivery of it. No, I'm not from UK, say it's an luck that I got great chance to get 1 HD2 for myself:P
Who can wait I recommend you to wait cause this little dragon will be mass-sold and prices will drop soon.
