Would be interesting to know if this deal includes a licence for Nokia to use it on future devices they might release. That could explain the relatively low price
Now what happens to the Nokia phones with "Lifetime Free Maps" thing! wonder if it stays.

Good move. Better to keep the maps IP in EU. Could be a potential win win when Nokia decides to enter phone business again.
Dont know what to think of this. I expect maps to get worse, but then again those are some big names
