It should easily be able to handle a cut down XP version as its not using an arm processor. I hope it will be hacked anyway.

People People People.. What LG really need is a technical support department.. There are no Perfect phone in this world.. That is why Phone companies need is technical support whenever there is a bug. HTC know that, Nokia know it, Samsung starting to realize it (start to update Samsung i890 HD). LG always have good phone, but contain alot of bugs, but never able to resolve unless carrier got complaint from customer.

I've changed my mind, fisrt i didnt see any market potential for this phone.. then I realised I want one.
1 I almost always have a bag when i leave home, bringin it with me wouldnt be a problem.
2 I have a stereo Blutooth headset, so I wouldnt even have to pick it up just to answer a call... and no need for a cord for music.
3 I have several of spare-phones, so if I go out clubbin, or go to a party. I could just put my SIM in another phone.
4 I have an emergency charger... plus I could get my self a spare battery.

wonder what this will cost when it comes out?

ha i think i nearly choked on my food from reading the previous comment. Samsung has the market capital to compete with the likes of Intel their revenue was up with Intel and brand value is better then Intel's by far.and LG is a fast contender. I really don't think they are very innovative at all but def they are heavy weights. HTC is so small and overall quality is still somewhat behind. Compare Samsungs 300+ phone portfolio and HTCs

> In reply to terong @ 2010-01-13 14:55 from sEDI - click to readNO, it's NOT nice. I wanted to get the new LG Chocolate which is their first LONG phone. It looks very nice but SO HARD to use. I have no idea why they are stupid enough to always place the virtual call / send button at the top when most of the texting is at the bottom. that means after you type a text you have to reach to the top to press the send button. Half the time i almost drop the phone cause you lose grip trying to reach that far with one hand!

Stupid design. Honestly i think LG should think about usability more than anything in their future phones.

LG is starting to make long screen phones as their trademark. Nice, isn't it?
