tried it on my N78 since i already have version 3.01 of ovi maps and south africa map installed with 2 months drive navigation left, i doubt it will be available for my phone cause there are no updates for it, this sucks, i cant understand why only those phones were selected and if 3.01 works fine then 3.03 should have no problem, and why is it available for the 5800 music express and not the N97 when thats a much better phone and came out later? makes no sense, i really want this free navigation tho, come on nokia dont force us to buy new handsets.

My experience with this new update is complicated. It worked for a while by deleting the old Nokia Map app on my 5800 only to come back again inadvertently and has defaulted back to the pay navigation.
Shall I delete my Ovi Map app too and just go to Ovi Store and download the update? Anybody knows? Please respond if you know the solution.

Will it work on Omnia HD as it also runs S60 5th edition?

Does it work with E71? I tried but always asked for internet connection. The position is good though, it's more like iphone with google map.

Tried it on my N95, and no luck. Only works on S60 5th. Too bad they called it "blessing for all smartphones". Now I feel like I'm no longer a smartphone user.

Because of this free navigation, my plan for buying the next phone will be the 5800 XpressMusic (GPS-capable) instead of 5530.
