I use a bb Storm and I'm very happy to have this phone, I can't see reason why people complain about the storm..........vos its like the best bb ever. I can't trade it for any other phone.

I'd rather shoot myself than touch another touch screen phone again. I just got a bold a month ago, LOVE IT. I upgraded or downgraded from a touch screen. I'm so glad I did. I HATE TOUCH SCREENS!!!

It could cost much less money to rim if they "INVENTED" a flash player for their upcomming devices instead investing in this non sense divice ... i got a storm and im here to find a better phone and then give this one to my wife lol. I dont recommend blackberry to anyone. No flash player. No skype !!!

the are only 2 problems i see with this new BB

1-is that this will be the first phone with both qwerty key pad and touchscreen that BB have done. could there be software issues?

2-the touchscreen will not be very large will that make it harder to use?

i don't see the point of such a small touchscreen. it'll be too difficult to tap with precision. i'll stick with my bold until a storm with sliding keyboard

No trackball : touchscreen and sensitive buttons : No trackball needed : Magnum the real successor of the Bold 9000

Is that a front-facing camera for video-call on top right? (below the LED status light) If it is, then this is what i have been waiting for. Even apple is preparing iPhone with front-facing camera for video call. This is what I have been waiting for!!!

i may be wrong on this.... but heres' the deal...

Blackberry's are known for its awesome keyboard. Changing that to something different (better or worse) could mean a deal breaker to many....

How often do you see a redesign of computer keyboards :(? My fav keyboard is the standard one that i've been using for years! Its comfortable, and I can use it in pitch black. same goes with mouse.

What i'm trying to say is.... Bold is a legacy. Don't mess it up just for the sake of change.

yea,me to(9700)but if its the same guts as the 9700 with no other improvement than touchscreen than its just dumb.it seems rim just wants to put out more of the same devices so they can make a buck.rim should just make a fully redesigned next generation blackberry and then we can all get crazy about it.besides that my 9700 and im sure everyone who has one agrees,is that shiznit!
