Jose, 12 Oct 2015I was hoping for a better camera experience, that just let me down. Sticking with my Note 4. where did you see the camera test ?
5.4 screen with keypad sounds exciting
Must go for this amazing product, as it looks after the need of every user, for those who wants physical keypad, sharp cam, large screen, also digital keypad, bb hub, Privacy, and Privilege of owning a Secure BlackBerry smartphone, hats off BB team. keep up, doing Great
400 dollars would have been fine .. But no It's BlackBerry.. The company which always goes in loss..
wishing to see this Blackberry before 25th December
This is a niche product, for a niche market, and is priced accordingly. There is no point comparing this to the likes of the Nexus 5X or 6P, as the BlackBerry Priv has been designed for completely different users inmind.
If you are going to compare, at least compare like for like, hardware, software and price, otherwise the comparision is moot.

yes BlackBerry phones costs a lot but there hardware quality is amazing and cant be matched. I used Z10 and its hardware quality was amazing.

If a software-upgrade comes it should be seen as a welcomed bonus, not a necessity.

Love that price because this means BB gonna extinct from the market soon.
any update for bb passport.
it seems appropriate.. it's a badass phone with great specs and finally offering something different. Actually, i'd put a $800 tag and make it appear even more premium.
in my opinion, Blackberry makes some of the best smartphones around. In terms of both hardware and software. However, they always seem to be over priced at launch. I think a better strategy would have been to first get people onto the platform with budget and mid-speced devices, and then allow those customers to upgrade to these high end phones. Logically, high end devices won't keep them afloat at the moment. Competition at this level is rather stiff. Still, wish them all the best, wouldn't want to see them close their mobile units line.
