WYSIWYG=Wot you see is wot you get...!
That means you are able to preview stuff from the company that prepares for your device, and nothing more than that, just so much that the company will drink your last blood from you.

ive not owned a nokia since 6310 i think 2001? because nokia phones to this day look boring, cheap and ugly so i only bought sony e phones cos they looked better but sony e latest phones 2009+ have been crap (non smart phones) that is why apple brought something new and sexy and slick which is why i mite never own a nokia or sony e phone ever again. think about it people if apple wasent here today we would be buying a slightly better version from sony e's C905 that is not progress none touch, small screen, poor software, poor internet experience apples changed the whole game now.

mr_curiosity, at least Asus use compatable memory cards unlike sony who likes to look special and have their own thing going on. I was a sony fan for a long time until i realized they aren't so compatable with other companies.

Therefore, google believed that the best brand that could make their dream come true were SE. However, HTC is also a very good and qualified brand. I agree with you that Asus is no match for it.

BTW, since mobile manufacturers like Samsung started to make their own smartphone OS, it is logical for Microsoft to find strong hardware partner. Google did this with HTC.
