Except that a palm pre is a touch screen! this isn't (with the soft keys i doubt it anyways)

Could be worse.. In Canada, the contracts are for 3 years to get the same price phone and the features cost more too.

i feel sorry for the Americans, 2year contracts at $40 for a phone like that!?
I wonder what the mins/texts and data usage are included. it better be good!
