All those rumor specs is reasonable. just0.2" bigger than HD2. 1.5 GHz is possible coz 1Ghz is widely availble now. HD recording and 1800mAh batt is also not futuristic either. So, it is possible. Well, may be its 12mm thick instead of 10mm thick.

LOL, spec sheet is "too good to be true" :-)
Amoled screen with tablet only resolution?
1GB ROM AND 16 GB flash?
4G (which is no wi-max but upcomming LTE)...
front camera (LOOOOOL)
HDMI AND USB ports...

come on - only realistic spec is 1,5 GHz processor.
I do not say it is impossible, but device with this spec will not appear on mass market before 2012.

Don't know if the HD3 spec list is possible, but one thing is for sure: if someone can pull of this beast, HTC is definitly the one who can do it!!!

Ha ha 8 MP camera, how about optical zoom and variable aperture? Okay Windows phones are primarily business. So makes sense DivX support, Xbox integration...

I hope the WP7 phones are much cheaper than the iPhone. I would buy if there something like £200.

Microsoft definitely plans to S-H-A-K-E the smartphone world!! even the most minimum specd phone screams high end as of now... cant wait!!... No multitasking sucks... hold on! that makes symbian the only popular OS doing proper multitasking!!! xD!
