Information about the Samsung SGH-E870 mobile phone has appeared on several sites. There is no official information from Samsung yet, but there are full reviews available (in Russian).
The new unisex model has no predecessor in any Samsung series but it is partially build on the E770 platform....

It is a clam version of the Samsung T809. Nevertheless, it is a good phone.

good basic phone. No real bells and whistles which can be a good thing if all the customer wants to do is use the phone as a phone.

It's sleek and inovative, but to capture all lucrative markets it needs to be a quad band like the d600 and d820 hope samsung listens and remembers i pod versatility.

Gheee this looks promising!
Rather thin, and yet not ultrawide as V3 and all the copies.
Also not too heavy.
Hope they placed the antenna right like the V3 (by the micropjone not the hinge).
To bad it hasn't got FM or DAB, but it do have mp3.
Keep up the good work
:-)
