I found an article documenting all the announced features how they are working out with the "leaked" update file from google servers, along with the features/fixes we found on nexus one but were not announced, and any workarounds/fixes for issues faced here:

2.1 was crap so they had to fix with 2.2 cause of the battery drain issue lol Massive fail
Just like with apple's 3.1 lol
No massive battery drain firmware for symbian1 cause it's already power efficiant lol
And now that symbian3 is coming soon it's gonna be even crazier
Don't hate cause google pulled an apple and messed up on a firmware update that drains your battery

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2010-05-21 17:23 from uSNP - click to readyea its seems like nothing compared to Android, WinPo7, iPhone OS4
but the reality is much different, its still unbelievable but in World Wide % Symbian's second to none, this isn't just the 5800 but all non touch symbian smartphones out there out match all Androids and iPhones
the thing is the world follows the US like dogs and so whats popular in America is believed by the entire world.. say for example Saudi Arabia, its one of Nokia's biggest markets.. noones ever seen or heard of a Android phone in the middle east.. yea WinMo and HTC hare strong here but even than HTC never brought the Hero or Magic or any of the Android to the middle east
Nokia and Symbian dominate in Saudi.
Symbians got a long way to go and Nokia arn't gonna give up

After this is Android Gingerbread, then iPhoneOS 4, and then finally Windows 7 Series. Symbian is so dead now! It looks like sh*t compared to these modern mobile operating systems. :))

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2010-05-21 14:13 from uKeP - click to readWhy does this make GSMArena? Because the people behind GSMArena are probably very excited about Android. That makes them post every small thing about it.
Android is awesome. To long has the iPhone been the 'standard' of smartphone's. It's about time somebody does something about it. And Google is the right company to kick the iPhone of the trone.
Google's is much more open, compared to Apple/iPhone. I am not saying Flash is good or bad, but give the end user the OPTION to use it. Maybe I won't even use it so often, because I want my battery life to last longer. But IF I ever need flash to see something, I know I can.
I don't want somebody (Steve) to say what I can and can't do on my phone. I don't want him to decide.
