I've been gone a while. Alas stuff is still the same. :)
jhony, 09 Apr 2016A second may be the difference between life and death. Can you understand?
To help you out, i... morelol, i didn't realize i was talking to such a drama queen :D. oh well :P
Am not a fanboy like u buddy ("leave samsung", really? makes it so obvious appleboy :P), and no offense but help from your kind (fanboys i mean) is the last thing i need :).
IMO the idea behind test is how fast one device can run app's in their native resolution!
so bugsung & lagwiz fans don't blame the resolution!
R KAR, 10 Apr 201678% increase of pixels on S7 Edge. It must be affected in some way.It does to both battery life and speed. However the iPhone is so inferior to the Galaxy 7's they need something to spin in favour of the iPhone. The fact is use both phones on a day to day basis and the speed difference is not noticeable, unless you really push them when the Samungs are faster. They ignore the fact that the Galaxies pack far more into their smaller packages and yet still perform as good or better in almost every function of a smartphone. Put the same features in an iPhone it would be so big and heavy and so slow it would be a nightmare to use, unless Apple up their game considerably.
heynello, 11 Apr 2016Yup, iPhone 6s's bugs have been ironed out for months.. While the S7 has just come out.. Wait ... moreThe iPhones bugs are still there and being corrected continuously. How many updates and how many phones have been bricked and slowed down since IOS9 was introduced?
This phone is such an overhyped pile of poo, don't see this phone as attractive at all, Huawei ap9 is more attractive and beat it in the camera department, LG G5 is also a beast. Sorry put this Company needs to be put to rest, its boring just mentioning it!
harlekkin, 09 Apr 2016What are you on about?! It's not 4x. iPhone Plus: 1920 x 1080px Galaxy S7: 2560 x 1440px ... moreWow man, you are right! I remembered it has only ~13xx*7xx, but indeed it has FullHD resolution. It means the S7 has only ~1.8 times many pixels. Thanks for correction! All in all, I think this does not change too much.
heynello, 11 Apr 2016Yup, iPhone 6s's bugs have been ironed out for months.. While the S7 has just come out.. Wait ... more"The lap should be made longer with more heavy apps.. That will show the multitasking prowess of the S7.."
heynello, 11 Apr 2016Yup, iPhone 6s's bugs have been ironed out for months.. While the S7 has just come out.. Wait ... morenope, in 400m race, the gap will be much bigger.. because android esp touchwiz is really RAM hungry.. also samsung device with touchwiz is not famous for its reliability & performance over time.. it will become slower each day and worst after couple of month.. thus widen the gap in long time..
Then you say, you must clean the cache, factory reset the Touchwiz regularly, or you can root the device and delete all of the bloatware.. duh, so complicated.. You pay top dollar to get top performance, reliability, support, etc.. not to make life more complicated.. as simple as that..
Samsung is most advanced & high-techs smartphone than iPhone6S Plus, so a bit lagging issue is doesn't matter at all
Anonymous, 10 Apr 2016I want to know what everyone will say Nect Year when Iphone Hits Amoled Hmmm "uhhh uhhh uhh I ... moreiphone's amoled will be a lot better. because it wont lag like lagsung lagwiz. The next s8 will still lag and stutter.
Anonymous, 11 Apr 2016even uglier when it lags and micro stutter occur.. So, choose your poison wisely.. touchwiz ... moredou you mean mega stutter ? lol. because our eyes can still see it. lagwiz animations still stutter, not smooth like stock droid or ios.
MasEnha, 11 Apr 2016A bit OOT;
I admit that iOS has the best "in touch" response. We (my office) has almost all p... morewhich android?
samsung's android (or Lagwiz) is not more than a crappy lag bloated os.
Anonymous, 11 Apr 20161 CPU vs. 2 CPUs [100% more CPUs] 2 cores vs. 8 cores [400% more cores] 1.8 GHz vs. 3.9 GHz ... moreYup, iPhone 6s's bugs have been ironed out for months.. While the S7 has just come out.. Wait for a few updates and then compare again.. Like I said before.. The iPhone single core performance is the best.. But multicore multitasking is better on the S7.. Sadly the speed test lap on the video is too short.. The lap should be made longer with more heavy apps.. That will show the multitasking prowess of the S7.. For now we only saw the 100m dash and the iPhone 6s won.. For 200m/400m lap the iPhone will be left behind.. And the iPhone single core speed came with a cost.. The battery life sucks.. Hence the S7 is better overall.. Design is better, amoled display is better, screen to body ratio is better, the camera is better, the water resistance is better, the battery life is better, the os is better, and so on.. S7 >> iPhone 6s big time
Park Jimin, 11 Apr 2016But still, Games look ugly on a Non-Amoled Display :)even uglier when it lags and micro stutter occur.. So, choose your poison wisely..
touchwiz preloaded with too many bloatware, I prefer Nexus devices..
1 CPU vs. 2 CPUs [100% more CPUs]
2 cores vs. 8 cores [400% more cores]
1.8 GHz vs. 3.9 GHz (2.3 + 1.6 GHz) [216% higher frequency]
2 GB of RAM vs. 4 GB of RAM [100% more RAM]
2MPx screen vs. 3.7MPx screen [54% lower resolution]
iphone 6s already 7 months old device, while s7 just released a month ago..
what a shame..
between S7 exynos vs SD820 version => the winner is Exynos version, search youtube..
So: A9 > S7 Exynos > S7 SD820 PERIOD
A bit OOT;
I admit that iOS has the best "in touch" response. We (my office) has almost all phones products on market that we can find for testing references and we play around with them.
iOS is the best choice for everyday usages but Android breakthrough the limit of boundaries. For comparison, iOS is the Milkyway, in other way Android is the Universe. Your choice!
