I am really disappointed with Samsung. I am a very loyal customer of Samsung and often encourage my friends to buy Samsung . I have been using Samsung since Galaxy note 1 then s3, s4, s6, s6edge+ and now Samsung s7edge etc. I upgraded from s6edge+ to s7edge because I was really excited about GEAR VR therefore I prebooked it.
email@example.com mailed me i will not get the code to redeem my VR as I used my other sim for the first time to check the phone. Its not like that, it''s not possible for Samsung to do this much for me. I wouldn''t have bought Rs.57000 phone if I knew I won''t get Gear VR. It seems like a trick to do a fraud with customer.
Is it fair? Whatever that is happening with me? The case should be like it should be given along with phone when you pre book now I am really really upset that I lost Rs. 8000 worth of Gear VR.
And Samsung directly said they won't help me.
I am waiting for the equivalent to the Nerve Gear. That would be true VR.

Was it really VR content? Or does it include videos without any VR features, that is just compatible by showing 2 images, one for each eye.
