Anonymous, 25 May 2016you are underestimating androidI said used, not wasted :P
AnonD-416078, 25 May 2016Anyway, it is stupid IMO, there's no way anyone on this Earth will ever use those 6GByou are underestimating android
AnonD-259545, 25 May 2016S6 didn't have 4 gigs of ram but op2 had. So it might be possible forop3to have 6gigs if ram. Anyway, it is stupid IMO, there's no way anyone on this Earth will ever use those 6GB
AnonD-541320, 25 May 2016Disagree. 1080p is sufficient. Less strain on the battery should result in great battery life.... more1080p is sufficient for general use, but is it still enough for all this VR bullshit?
Rick, 25 May 2016Not a ground breaking specs, so, it will be now price game. Bit disappointed with 1080p, shoul... moreDisagree. 1080p is sufficient. Less strain on the battery should result in great battery life. It'll also keep the price down.
Not a ground breaking specs, so, it will be now price game. Bit disappointed with 1080p, should have 2K display to compete with flagship brands as well as better clarity on VRs.
Anonymous, 25 May 2016I don't think it's gd enough to compete with gs7/ LG g5 or other flagship now in market. It's ... moreLOL ? u dont see any difference, and higher resolution takes more battery and is more expensive, so better to pay more and use more battery for what ? fancy specs on paper ? pfff

AnonD-416078, 24 May 2016LeEco and all those Chinese OEMs are trying to use specs to attract costumers, but "sadly" it ... morewell oneplus 3 is going to have 6Gb of ram ( which is more or less confirmed) .... although i don't know if that woulf fit in ur " true flagship" category .
AnonD-416078, 24 May 2016LeEco and all those Chinese OEMs are trying to use specs to attract costumers, but "sadly" it ... moreyes .. i don't see any use of 6Gb ram on an android smartphone ( 4Gb ram is also overkill tbh) .... however chinese oems doesn't provide u the best software experience ( oneplus did only for opo) .... so attracting customers with specs is their only strategy ... and that's what makes them a good deal .. coz mate software can be altered and changed but u can't do anything abt mobile hardware ...
so if u r low on cash and need flagship specs ... chinese phone r ur best bet !!
I don't think it's gd enough to compete with gs7/ LG g5 or other flagship now in market. It's good to see they use amoled but 1080p is poor for a flagship.
Anonymous, 25 May 2016Darn, again! 5.5 inches is too big :(Ask why SAMSUNG and APPLE are so high? They follow market trends and understand the end user desires. We have already 'Oneplus X' with 5.0 screen (and old interior). 'Oneplus 3' with 5.2 screen would be a much better choice and could be a real flagship killer comparing to HTC10, Samsung Galaxy S7 or iPhone 6s. Look at Huawei P9. This model is a real competitor for all current flagships. 5.5. screen size is not a real driver for potential buyers.
AnonD-530731, 25 May 2016A sexy design! Unfortunately a 5.5'' size means i wouldn't be able to type one-handed comfort... moreDo you remember Steve Jobs mentioned that one handed use was a 4" screen, but bcz of their huge bezels (Top n Bottom) I feel a phone shld be between 4.3 to 5.0 (considering tiny bezels) for a single handed operation. Nevertheless, there are aliens with enormous fingers in the world who say that the standard size should be minimum 5.5". I feel that a bigger screen is best suited for multimedia purpose but never for texting n blah blah blah, it practically does not slide in your pocket easily.
If they really wish to make it a real flagship killer again this year, I hope there will be below features in this OP3 phone
1. A good camera sensor and at least f2.0 lens for the cameras (front and back) if not f1.8 or f1.9 lens.
2. It will be nice to have OIS preferably on both the cameras again.
3. 3000 mAh batteries are a past now so hopefully they can go for 3500 mAh minimum or even 4000mAh since the battery would be sealed.
4. Dual sim with dual 4g support
5. Memory expansion card slot (very important)
Darn, again!
5.5 inches is too big :(
release date ll be 14 june
Hope they have 5.2" FHD AMOLED option & removeable battery. Rest of the specs are hot.
[deleted post]Nice looking phone..wish battery was at least 3500+mAh with SD card as well. But for the price they might sell this phone.. guess one can get by with it. I really like this render..hope the real deal looks close to this.
A few other Chinese devices of interest..Nubia Z11 Max, LeEco le Max 2, hmmm two more I can't recall this min.
Also phones like Note 6 which should be a monster device, 2016 Moto X, 2016 LG V10 and the upcoming Nexus phones.
Tough choice...
