May be Aston Martin should buy the 8800 from Nokia and put the Logo on the front cover then give them away to their customers then it'd make more sense otherwise it'd take 20 yrs for Nokia-Astin Martin to sell 500.000 units..!!Wonder,how many Aston Martin are sold a year?Someone was right to say that if you want something exclusive/unique/piece of art.... then you'd go for the Vertu.

A phone for the man who has everything, and wants to show it off with his mobile phone. Likely owners are 50+, and folically challenged.

Hmm - maybe improving the battery life and giving it more functions would have improved it rather than just adding an etched Aston Martin to this classic "Director" handset.

just looking at this phone brings you back to the Nokia 8850 era.
just how did this phone end up with Aston Martin. can you put a little more detail into this phone looks like it came straight from a medieval period blacksmith.

Many people say that 8800 knows nothing about performance. They should realize that this phone is a special one, making itself famous by its look and design

C'mon people. If they priced this phone according to features, it would be worth about $500 and lots of people would have one. It would lower the image of the phone and only white-trash would buy it. Therefore it would ruin the whole idea of the phone which is that it's a status symbol. I spent $150 on a polo shirt that I could have got for $7, but it was branded. It's the same with phones, it raises you above the average person. As for features, people who can afford this type of phone, don't want garbage 1.3mp camera's because they have decent camera's. In my opinion high end phone users like to make and recieve calls.
