Come on asus. You gave us hope and now this? Might as well sell the phone away and be my last asus ever.
My device is asus zenfone 2.this time his not work properly.touch, sensor, home button back button, work not properly.so pls give the update ya solve this problem.i have bought 68 devices.so plssssss
Like all of you poor guys who thought that Zenfone 2 was a very good buy,...but promises of marshmellow seems like a dream only after one and half years since the phone was launch. Its a shame, Asus is not putting any effort at all, because zenfone 2 will be outdated soon. It my first and last Asus phone, it was a good buy, now GOOD BYE Asus. I will not come back to you.
This comment have on ASUS web site then they will listen to will take quick action and they release update so friends write to ASUS.customer take action
What does the law say? Are they allowed to lie to customers? Some of them bought the phone because they said a lie.
Will Asus ever give update for this phone ?
I am fed up by rechecking for update every day. Worst company in terms of updates
Sorry for my english guys.
I got the marshmallow update (6.0.1 beta) for my ZE551ML and dislike it.
1. Drain battery (30% eat android system). One charge - one day, no more). Night in "sleep mode" eat 10% of battery.
2. Switch between 2G and 3G/LTE its a quest for 5 tap.
3. No more NFC in drop-down menu of control panel.
4. No realy combine SD-card and internal memory in one volume.
May be first problem its a problem of beta, but 2 and 3 it's a standart limitation of Marshmallow - U can't control any networks directly from launcher. Combine SD-card and internal memory IMHO god choice for phones with 2 Gb internal memory, but not for 32/64 Gb devices because external memory more than ten times slowly than internal.
I think we still waitng for Nouga...
Well as of today I've purchased my last ASUS product. By the way, I make electronics purchasing decisions for two Colorado Colleges. Time to go back to H/P.
I am still waiting till last 2 months now I don't believe such a big company will broken his promise for marshmallows update this is ridiculous ASUS what are you doing from last one year after you're q2 announcement is history when will you wake-up I want in your update like stock Android and remove all anuse app
They just don't care about customer....they only want their money....most of the phones are updated to marshmallow....but ZenFone 2 is still on lollipop...
They are busy in launching new phone but it will not help ...because we all recommended our family and friends and others not to buy any ZenFone
Why do you all care about marshmallow, is practicly the same shit, the phone wont become better, the ui is the same so why do you care?
No Marshmallow update still. Why Asus? Why are you so slow? Every other companies are now ready to update to Nougat and you don't have update for Marshmallow yet. You really sucks!!
I won't recommend anyone to buy Asus phones.
This tradition started with Zenfone 5, now they're continuing their crappy thing with Zenfone 2. My 2014 Sony Xperia Z2 received Marshmallow update (6.0.1) early Q2 2016, while my colleagues who are using Zenfone 2 which was released 2015 are still stucked with 5.0.2. Poor Asus, you don't love your customers, you just love their money.
