Its just the beginning for the end of notebooks time. More and more such PADs would come in future. But the high price seems to be pinching. May be we see these things down to about $100-$250 some day. It would be just the era of miniature things.

It good to be cheaper than ipad. It look more comfortable to handed than a netbook and suitable for reading ebook, find GPS, Google Earth, watching movie, Youtube and using a facebook. For working out, it can be a digital checklist and bulky organiser book look more smart thin. I hope it has a anti scratch, user-friendly and has a backup battery functions, so I can make an emergency call when a battery is lower at least for a half day.

Still iPad is the best...The size (~10in) is a compromise between your phone and notebook. The screen size is perfect...I wouldn't go smaller (then I go for my phone) or bigger (then I go for my laptop). Since I got the iPad I hardly use my notebook at home plus it is now a family gadget as well (because of all the games)...It is fast and slick.

This thing is called Innovation..
Sure is larger than a phone and smaller than a netbook
Sure give us an option to decide..
I am optimize that one day these PADs will kill
the NETBOOK..

The ipad does have great potential, but wait until they get to version 4 and then you might get a camera. I like Apple but they are not very quick on doing the obvious.
The tab is an all rounder it makes calls it takes pictures that you can share on three go and to family and friend, you can have it in you car showing you where to go then if you take a journey listen to music and watch a film maybe come home check your email then watch a recipe and also make a phone call when toy cook via a blue tooth headset.
Its about lifestyle it doesn't have the power of a good laptop but you can take it on the go and check emails and text. What phone companies are going have to do is give customers is give them 2 SIM cards so they can float between the phone and tab. To be honest I think it was well thought out. Pricing will be the one thing that will kill it.

Yeah the fact, it is small enough, makes it viable to hold in one hand & input your feed using another. I'm more impressed by this in comparison to iPad surely.

it seems to be very best if specs are seen....will definetely give it a try.........and i agree Nokia will be kicked off from asia market even as the users are getting more cozy and excellent options.....have been nokia fan since ages but now i really feel sorry for it. Just a game of one more year and you will see people buying only lower end nokia.

What's the point of these things?? They're not phones nor are they computers. I'm mean it's just pointless! They should put a qwerty keyboard on it and windows.
