It's areal shame that htc make theire flagships like the desire hd with a poor ram mem. of 1.5GB! It's about time they realize that a user of this kind of a smartphone expexts at least 64GB of ram onboard. It's like buying the most powerfull pc with only 80GB HD...

Not sure why the HTC Z is only getting an 800Mhz processor for a brand new phone when HTC knows that Android 3.0 requires at least a 1Ghz processor - so 2.2 is the best it can ever have - not very future proof considering most places will offer it on a 2 year contract.

Poor show from HTC

The HTC HD looks nice though...

I hope the UI isnt as laggy as the original Desire.

Seriously, one of the most overrated phones of the last year.

The iphone is MUCH more responsive and easier to use.

Manufactures:
Solar cases please, kinetic energy.. batteries with adecuate power
A robust, solid but portable machine. Use antishock, water-dust-proof devices
and tested deeply.
Smartphones are no phones anymore, are, or soon will be, the Holy Grail. A powerfull pc with everithing you´ll need, except a refrigerator..

And a market big like never before waiting..

Ups, looks like you cannot remove/change the battery. And the battery is sooo small! I bet it will annoy the users if they have to plug in the phone every 2 hours or so.

I wonder why is so hard for the smartphone companies to understand what I(the educated users:) ) need:
1. 3.7-4 inch display Superamoled or SLCD.
3. 480x800 resolution(at least)
4. Android 2.2
5. 1 GHz proc (or more), GPU, 512 MB RAM (or more)
6. At least 4GB internal memory, extendable by removable SD card.
7. Big enough battery for at least 4 hours of use
8. 5 MPix good camera at least.(No need for flash, really is useless in the dark).
9. Front camera for the rare ocasions.
10. FM transmitter
11. Dual sim
12. GPS
13. Wi-Fi 802.n

Whoever makes this phone first will conquer the world!
So far, the Galaxy S checks most of the boxes.
