Sa... moreWell, yes indeed. You can have an expensive car body (say a Ferrari for example), but it's going to be a low quality car if you put a mere 600cc diesel engine in it.
Same with phones/tablets. If this ran on iOS (impossible) or Windows (totally possible), then a higher price would've been totally justified.

Samsung should have sold the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge for only $150 because it runs on Android OS despite how expensive it is to build the device.

The most expensive Android phone should not... moreIf you think about Android devices so lowly, why are you here reading news and articles about them? Trying to justify your decision to blow a thousand dollars on an iPhone by talking trash about the alternatives is kinda silly.
The pricing seems appropriate considering what you can get for around 400 now with phones like OP3 and ZTE Axon 7 saturating the market. Unless you're big on VR, hardcore mobile gaming or the latest and greatest, 5X pretty much does everything well enough and for only 230.
So $235 for an Android phone is low?? Please...
The most expensive Android phone should not cost more than $150. Anything above that price point is unjustified.
Had they launched and hovered around a $250/- price range globally it would've been the best selling phone in the world!!
