GGW, 21 Jul 2016When you can watch unlimited Porr on your mobile data :) yeah, right!
RainX, 21 Jul 2016Well as what I have said, Miscommunication and Misunderstanding regarding Advertisements and D... moreeven if there's a disclaimer, what's the point of using the freaking word "UNLIMITED". then shouldn't be unlimited at all, wtf right?
sa11oum, 22 Jul 2016I can't stand those companies. Internet is being incorporated to every thing we do, for our PHONES, PCs, Navigating, researching, selling and buying, etc....

I live Central and by $30 for 1GB of data. We been cheating off data.
I have in Belize, Central America.
I can't stand those companies. If you don't want people to use something a lot, don't advertise it as UNLIMITED. Because that's what unlimited means...
Well as what I have said, Miscommunication and Misunderstanding regarding Advertisements and Disclaimers
There are a lot of people our there who are complaining because the advertisement says unlimited and yes it is unlimited However there is what you Call High Speed Data and Throttle... If you are going to read the whole disclaimer which most consumer doesn't read: you will be able to understand why you receive and email or an sms that you are using excessive data or Data Cap reach already...
For Example: In the US Service Provider Straight Talk Wireless $45 plan Airtime Card Says:
*$45 Unlimited Talk, Text & Data Plan
- 30 Service Days
- Unlimited Nationwide Talk and Text
- First 5GB of Data UP TO 4G LTE† SPEED THEN 2G*
* Customer called in my data is very slow: why did I receive a message that I have used all my data while my plan is Unlimited.?. Based on the information of the card you can easily say that the caller did not read the whole information of the Airtime Card.
August has 30 days...
In my country I dont have unlimited plans I leave in central america I pay 35$ for 10GB plan + calls and messages, but I get extra 5gb of data for less than 0.75$ after I use the 10 gb of the plan I actually use only like 25GB a month.

Afshin3k3, 21 Jul 2016Can somebody define the word unlimited? When you can watch unlimited Porr on your mobile data :)
Afshin3k3, 21 Jul 2016Can somebody define the word unlimited?"Unlimited" means you're limited but with a secret high cap because the word "unlimited" is just a gimmick to make people think they can do whatever they want.
I used to work for Vodafone in the UK. Users who went over say 6gb received a message informing them of the fair usage policy, then if they continued to use a lot of data, vodafo e with simply throttle the network speeds. So although they could still get data, it would be outrageously slow

I don't even have it ON. I use giffgaff. Would love to use other networks, but where I live, only O2 has got a decent coverage (when I tried Three, I haven't had service for 2 days, and they explained, that because of the foliage, the signal can't punch through, morons). O2 don't do unlimited data for now, so the only other option I would have is Tesco (as they use O2 antennas same as GG). The warning email came from a network provider. There goes "unlimited" data, but they changed it now for "Always ON", so this may be a trick on their side.
Can somebody define the word unlimited?

This is a problem for everyone all around the world. I'm in UK and have "unlimited" internet, yet after I used 6GB they sent me an email with warning, that I use too much. This is a joke!
Hypocrites.
vrvly, 21 Jul 2016Masters of deception, phone for 1€$ and its not, something for free and its not, unlimited and... moreActually, I'd wager money that any of these Unlimited plans will also say "*Fair Usage rules apply" or something similar.
Mind you, what those fair usage rules are is anyone's guess.
