W10M have a lot of issues it self (I used it for 10 months including Insider and Release versions). MS is extremely slow in fixing issues, even its own apps are too slow to load and most of the times crashes i.e., Messaging App.
I was a big fan of Windows phone but MS let me down seriously and I don't see any hope for going back to Windows. End up with Android

I could come up with more; subjective and objective realities no doubt, our world is not the whole world, a useful feature to one, eg my s-pen on the Note, is a wank feature to another. Doesn't mean the feature is useless...
Not disrespecting you, nor am I am winphone fan,.. just confirming an answer to what may have been a question.

Its not like there is a shortage of desktops with random monitors everywhere with easy access. For it to be useful you would have to have a missing PC but have a monitor for some reason, and all the correct cables and accessories, and naturally be prepared for a subpar experience compared to using a real pc.
And other than that windows doesn't actually have anything to offer. If it was Samsung that had this feature and they tried to advertise it, I'm pretty sure it would be given the 'bloatware' label.
but one thing every1 consider is that no phone in the planet is more durable than a windows ph. admire it

Need of different users...
I wouldn't argue a platform with more apps is better, especially if the apps are very similar, which, devils advocate here, I would say was my Winphone experience,.. but that was for winphone 7/8.
I found all webbrowser, at the time, were just differing front ends for microsofts one, per their platform requirements.
Same as on Apple.
Part of the reason winphone and iOS prove more secure no doubt.
Winphone in its present incarnation, being able to add keyboard and mouse and monitor and being able to use a phone as a portable computer with a desktop like experience is killer.
Microsoft are working on iOS application software wrapper, so app lacking might be a problem of the past as well. (They dropped consideration to do the same for android, possibly to do with the webbrowser methodology I just mentioned, or maybe the risk/reward factor wouldn't be necessary if they get iOS up and running, because, lets face it, a lot of software is available on both those platforms with minor variances...)
As I don't trust M$ ethos, I wouldn't buy in, but, for the many, if windows phone is going this way it may be no longer a case of caveat emptor (let the buyer beware)..

If... moreI stand corrected, WP is dead, put a fork in it, Microsoft has, have you looked around your little world lately, WP is like the CD in a digital world, how many people out there use a WP, less than 2%, as I have been saying, WP is DEAD. .
1. Not enough high end devices released early. i.e. They should be releasing a Qualcomm 821 for example in the next month. Not enough high end features to wow you.
2. Has MS written all over it. Should have kept the Nokia branding. Feels like you have to be tied to MS. I know Apple has done this - but why copy.
3. App support is poor - I develop apps and sometimes forget that there is a Windows phone OS. MS has great ideas with the convergence. But this is too slow. Also they need to not tie in with Xbox only - what about all the PS owners and Nintendo. Seriously - that will add another 100%+ customer base that look for the gaming side.
4. Not enough manufactures using the OS. Do a google - give it out for free or license at a very low price. Use a different business model..
Good luck MS...

And having more apps on android is beer because it gives your device more functionality that you couldn't get on a Windows phone. It's more fluid, and more secure too.
Windows can only be used by people who don't care about having functionality and just want a phone with a Web browser.

If I may ask you a question! So what does the mature OS android doing to bring something new on the table! That can be defined as innovation? Or you will want to tell me in android we have full customization, ooooh in android we have millions of apps!! We have heard that lullaby and am tired of it! We want features like Continum! Trying to make a user more productive in every event! Does android have an inbuilt feature to store apps in SD with much ease like windows platform?? Of course in android you always depend on an apps to do that!! My friend from your comment I can conclude you are those trolls who just follow lullabies of others! Without facts to support your comments!!

I install bugger all apps on my phones,.. generally happy to run fairly vanilla variants.
(also happy to cyanogen mod an old samsung s (the first) with a voodoo mod which blew away dedicated walkmans)
Guild of Dungeoneering by request of my young-ins got installed across a few android devices tonight, a few days ago across a few iOS devices. Yes I bought one piece of software twice, a few days apart.
Baldurs Gate is inthe same boat.
Choice is nice.
I am not a fan of the large corporation Microsoft, based on business decisions and poor desktop software experience (which I service to earn a crust)..
But I do think some versions of winphone have fully blown me away, and I truly have had a school girl crush on Nokia ever since my first 5110 back in the day. (It replaced a siemens phone that was truly horrible)
Nokia gave us hope for mobile phone tech, and superior build quality (and replaceable face plates in a range of colours) ever since the mid nineties.
I have not played with win mobile 10 my last Nokia being a 920 (which I presently use as an incoming line for a second business).
It is a great functional phone, that has received some note worthy updates.
When I was playing with a range of Android flagships, a few years ago, I couldn't believe how my workmate could get days of battery life with bluetooth and wifi on, and actually using his phone.
It showed without a shadow of a doubt that the OS treated the hardware well.
That warm feeling isn't enough to actually carry me through any actual usage of their products..but I concur, using it just as a phone (and camera is brilliant), is very servicable.
Baldurs Gate and Guild of Dungeoneering don't need to get any more purchases out of me anyway.

No wonder sales decline. Microsoft cannot be trusted when it comes to maintenance and software utdate/upgrade. Customers quickly become abandoned. Remember Windows phone 7? Remember their promise to upgrade all Windows phones running 8.1 to version 10? Phuu! Windows phone is a platform that burns just like Symbian did althoug Symbian didn't deserve such faith.

Even if windows phone sale 200,000 phones I will be among those 200,000 people!!! Reason being, after using windows platform for sometime and now windows 10 being in the mix!! I know how powerful this platform is. Of course some trolls will always go ahead with there useless bashing!! Ooooh no Apps ooooh windows that!! I guess you will never know how marvelous windows platform is!! So trolls!! keep making useless noise.
