Great phablet but not that much of an upgrade over my note5.i'll waite for note8 and then i'll switch
AnonD-367917, 02 Aug 2016Actually, when I chose my Note 4, I was considering phones with waterproofing.
It was a hard ... moreComing from using the Note 3 (enjoying the 10000mAh extended battery I can put), the Wacom technology for the pen at 4 times the level of pressure sensitivity is something.
The only thing I have gripes about is that sealed battery is the weakest part of the package due to degradation.
Anonymous, 02 Aug 2016Who cares? Note5 is still okay. Thats how samsung makes money. Like Apple. I better choose OP3.stfu, samsung didnt need to upgrade anything really, talking about the processor and ram, rework the software for better performance is what's good than just bumping up specs and u shouldnt compare it to the s7 or s7 edge compare it to the note 5 and the specs have been bumped up
Anonymous, 02 Aug 2016its the least note i ever seen its an s with pen, for me goodbye samsungdont compare the note line to the s line it's like comparing apple and oranges, they were made for different purposes and reason, compare the note 7 to the note 5 there are noticeable upgrades, stop expecting the 6gb of ram and faster clockspeed cause then u guys be the same one to say they just bumping up specs and not making it smoother and efficient which they accomplished with the s7 edge
Anonymous, 02 Aug 2016Note 4 user here. No IR blaster. Keep your phone Samsung.so because of a ir blaster u dont want the phone okay, ur dumb im sorry but LOL dont u have remote? i mean it's a handy feature but to samsung it's not must really and it takes up space when other things could be added to the phone
AnonD-190634, 02 Aug 2016meh, not much of a difference other then the s-pen and water proofing :Sur expecting to see 6gb of ram and new processor i think samsung went safe as they would have to optimize things for a new processor and seeing how good the s7 edge performs i dont see the problem

What your saying is partly true, however, I have never seen any other manufacturer get as much air play. It's been going on quietly for some time actually. It's all about information but a little balance of what over the time seems, well maybe a tad bias wouldn't go astray.
AnonD-19785, 02 Aug 2016this slight upgrade and release strategy will cost samsung lots of reliable customers

It was a hard choice, but the s-pen won out!
(Now I can have my cake, and eat it too)
[deleted post]This is a PHONE website first and foremost.
Samsung are world leaders in phone sales,..
This is their new flagship for a range exclusive to them (the one with the wacom/s-pen built in)..
It is big news, and it has just hit, so, the lead up has been huge, lots of rumours (generates hits), and now the release,.. we would be dissapointed if the coverage was poor.
I, personally, was happy to see the add on keyboard.. (for the Note 7)
Glad to have the coverage.
As GSM don't charge us for this service, and have a clean interface with minimal ads,.. I cannot see anything to complain about.
Problem is with all the visitors, each with their own biases, it is easy to leverage negativity at the site.
Just this week reading the blog post on 'latest apps' everyone was complaining there wasn't enough android loving!
Damned if they do, damned if they don't!?!
Check the battery size and iris recognition technology to me it is an upgrade. Pen is better too.

All phones doesn't have any huge upgrade if it's compared year by year. Some may seem like a huge upgrade but after u get it, that's just about it. You need to be frustrated by something on your current phone to feel the justification.

i mean i dont know any note 4 owners who want to buy note 7
im dissapointed.. Now lets compare it to s7 edge, now aside from a bigger screen, and s pen (for people who needs it) i dont see any reason to get this over s7 edge.
