Somehow perhaps with mass production a customer buying cheaper products sony had to compete by lowering prices and quality.The box tele lost them alot of money because they believed it gave best quality picture but people went for flatscreen and sony lost millions.

Back on topic i find the continuous a/f upgrade really good footage but still dont own x10.I am not pure touchscreen fan but with that screen in sunlight and video/pic quality its good as a feature fone more than smartfone.

SOny ericsson has released the 16.x MPIX camera phone in Japan. i tjust fonud it on the japanese site. www.sonyericsson.co.jp
Sounds a bit silly to have 16 mega pixels though.
Would love to see some pics. Should beat N8

Stock Android 2.2 is faster and more stable than 2.1, THAT is a fact.

i always believe sony is the most respected and the best brand in the world.it is equally famous in each and every corner of the world.sometimes i wonder that how cud sony b in every field.it makes tv,home theatre,ps,memory stick,cd,audio systems,cameras,laptops,phones,sony pictures entertainment including spider man,resident evil,2012 are very few of the pictures i can recal.sony music for whom almost every greatest star has sung.even in bollywood in india half of the movies has music frm sony music.these r the few products that sony makes.just these cuming to my mind right now.

If I was going to buy another Android phone, it would be either a HTC Desire HD or this phone.

Samsung Galaxy S is expensive, and its firmware updates are unstable and full of bugs.

I'd rather have the Nokia N8, tbh.

This is why I LOVE SonyEricsson. True the update was delayed, but just look at all the extra care and features we get =) There's a HUGE Sony Ericsson following for a reason!

(Same reason why i ditched LG and Samsung, lack of long term customer care)
